Behind you... Naked!
Some time ago, I bought the Core x9 Case.

At the time, I kind of made a silly mistake, and the dimensions I got wrong and I dunno, but me being me, I mixed up the height with the depth, and at the time, this meant that it stuck out and was just not a useful case for me.

I had to send it back and this is a shame cos it was a tasty beast for sure.

I am in love with my big cases, and some of the PCs I have, are all in big cases.

Thermaltake Armor
Thermaltake Mozart TX
Coolermaster Stacker
Lian Li V2100 Plus

To name a few.

Now, my server is a SuperMicro with 4 Opteron 6380 CPUs and at first, I had 2 CPUs that were cooled with noctua Coolers, with a pair of 140mm fans on either side of them.

Now, it is sporting another 2 coolers, however the space is now fairly dire, it now only has one fan on each, however, the front has 2x120mm plus the lower back has a pair of 80mm slots, plus the PSU FAN, and the CPU temps are nice enough, but the Heatsinks on the Mobo are doing what my original 2 CPU Mobo did, was they are little volcanoes that certainly feel like they are about to melt, so, I have for the moment, put a few 60mm fans on them while I build a new Heatsink cooling system for it as I did for the dual CPU one. ( Cos I cannot find any anywhere and so I have had to build my own copper jobs )

Now, I am currently using a Lian Li V2100Plus case, and the case is not that bad, its good size-wise, however, when I bought it, it arrived via Herpes delivery, and as such, it was bent. I have tried to repair this in as much as I can, but it is still lob-sided.

However, with 4 huge coolers like the 140mm Noctuas, all pulling on the board, and then the extra cards and the copper cooling, its kind of not feeling like the best and most stable of situations?

Im looking at buying the Corex9 again, however, Iam wondering what other options there are out there for EATX that will have as much room as I ned there to be, around the Mobo and coolers?

Again, as I said, I want to mount the board flat, or on its back.

What other cases will do what I need it to?
