Looking at the possibility of upgrading my Fortress ft02, while it has great airflow the motherboard configuration and stock heatsink of my 7990 does cause temperature issues on the gpu nearest the backplate, seems that the 2 front fans suck in all the air and all the rear fan gets is recycled warm air.
Was considering an Obsidian 750 d however after watching this video the airflow with the front panel on seems to be almost totally diminished compared to how it is with the front panel off.
A pity as it seems to tick all the boxes for size, cable management, then corsair in their wisdom somehow put a solid plate on the front of it instead of having meshed sections to keep the intakes unrestricted.
