Cases with PSU/fans included?

Newbie here so apologies if my question is stupid. Are there cases which include the PSU and the fans and if yes then which one offers best value for money? The cpu will be X2 4400.

If your buying a CPU like that, you need to buy a Tagan / Enermax/ Hiper / Antec psu of about 480w+

How much money you got for case + psu + fans then?
