Casio calculator problem (simple)

May seem like a daft question...

I've not used a calculator since a level maths

bought a calculator for my gf the other day as she needed one for a college exam

however..

when typing in 192/10 (but using the actual divide key -just under AC)

pressing = gives "96/5" as the answer..instead of 19.2


what is going on... (she emailed me this, so haven't tried it myself)

well of course I know that, but when giving answers etc it would look a bit daft, given her questions
