cat 12.6 problems

Since installing cat 12.6 my pc (windforce 7950) keeps crashing to a plain blue screen , the same blue as the light blue on this forum . not when gaming but when in 2d mode . Any ideas ??
 
I'll give the 12.7 betas a go and if they dont work back to 12.4 it is then :(

I thought quarterly driver rollout was supposed to stop this sort of thing happening ? guess not !

It's still happening even with 12.7 beta . The card is stable when OC'd doing all benchmarks and gaming and only crashes in 2d when surfing or at desktop . I had no problems with cat 12.4 !
I will go back to 12.4 but that really does'nt help .
I think its time to get drastic and and do a fresh windows install . Its been 18 months !


just like to add i only overclock using stock volts and there are no heat issues , even overclocked i never reach standard reference temps
