Reinstalled windows, but now I get during the boot screen a corrupt screen

On a bad note, i've lost clock on my X1900XT, from 670/801 @ 1.425/2.113V to 660/790 - 1.400/2.091V.
I think it may be a mem issue, ill test tomorrow but

It does, it uses profiles so you can have a 2D, 3D, overclocked 3D etc all to custom voltages, fan speeds etc. Then using 3D detection + force 3D when certain apps are started that 3D detection doesnt work well (EVE Online - MS FS 2004...)
