If you honestly believe that then you must be pretty clueless about ati and their driver program.

When i use the ATi Drivers with normal control panel i get 150Mb use (plus other processes) but with CCC installed it totals over 250Mb. What do you do differently?Goksly said:Not sure where you have got that from mate. I have 2 instances of CLI.exe with one using 3.1mb and another 3.7mb
In comparison msn is using 32mb, internet explorer is using 27mb and task manager is using 4.2mb.

thats the one thing i like about the nvida drivers. they are so robust and don;t require patching when new games come out.
i can happily play games like oblivion, fear etc on old 77 series nvidia drivers. but i doubt its gonna be any good for an ati card owner to play with the 6.0 drivers.
Is that with the panel open? Because if its not, you've got a problem. IIRC the last time I checked it used 16mb ishrobgmun said:When i use the ATi Drivers with normal control panel i get 150Mb use (plus other processes) but with CCC installed it totals over 250Mb. What do you do differently?
