I had exactly the same problem with my old LG tft when I got my X1800 XT. Tried the LG tft on my Dad's PC which has an X800 GT and had the same problem with it on that. Tried his Dell tft and it worked fine.

Ended up buying a new tft monitor becuase that was the only way I could get it to work.

Yup if hes sends his card back for another ATi card, hes going to have the same problem, it will happen with every single ATi card, as its his monitor, not the cards, so if hes gona send the card back and not change his monitor, then he should get a Nv card, and hopefully that will not do the same, if it does then hes going to have to do without a graphics card as he will not change his monitor.

I think ill just suffer tbh...Apart from the monitor not booting up right, everything else is great...Vangaurd plays sweet, Mark06 - 6099 (which I think is pretty ***) so I think everything is fine.

No problem. Tho i did hear tha using somit like centered timings on the monitor might fix this. Tho might be only for tft screens as it didnt show on your CCC compared to the CCC pic someone else posted.

Anyone tested these for folding on Ati Cards?

I tried the ATI folding client on my 1950 Crossfire set up. Promptly un-installed it as once the power saver screensaver had cut in, the monitor would not switch back on from standby state.
My system monitor indicated that the PC was still running as normal - it just would not power the monitor back on. Most weird!

Ive found an issue that effects me. Overdrive doesnt want to work properly in 7.1 . was fine in previous versions. If i set clocks it just flashes the screen green as though its constantly switching between default and overclocked, quite annoying.

Is anyone experiencing any problems with steam applications? Mine refuse to start and crash with nasty errors. Other games are fine tho.
I'm running a pair of x1950 xtx's in crossfire mode.
