Cat Poem Help

Hi all,

I'm after a cat poem for the girlfriend, as our cat passed away and I was told of a lovely poem but unfortunately only know a little snippet:

"There must be heaven for cats who die, with shady nooks where they can lie.............."

I've searched long and hard on Google, but to no avail.

Hopefully someone may know which poem this is....
