Cat5e or Cat6, Shielded or Unshielded?

Going to be cabling the new house soon, wondering whether to stick with standard Cat5e or go about Shielded Cat6?

Any reasons to go that extra bit further from Cat5e?

Bringing future proofing into it, any reason why i shouldn't then consider Cat6a?

Cheers guys, just wondered about the Cat6a because i've just moved in and plan to spend the rest of my life here so if 10GbE can be used in the future then i'd already have it. Buy the best i can and all that.

Just been reading up on Cat6a, i agree, looks like it would be a right pain.... Think i will stick with Cat6 shielded.
