Hello, I'm looking at running an ethernet table from my router through a couple of walls and around some doors, will I be able to bend the cable through this style of trunking without damaging it?

I'm pretty sure that I got the same trunking, not the angles though, and got cat6 cable through it and around door frames. Best thing is to buy one piece for a couple of £ and test it for, that's what I did.

If you must use trunking look at the D-Line stuff. It's likely to better blend in with a domestic environment.

Cat5e should easily turn 90 degrees in 16mm trunking, Cat6 might be tight as it;s less flexible.

It'll fit fine with the face strip off, but won't pull through the bends (probably teaching my gran to suck eggs).
I used the very same strips last week, the adhesive is actually decent, I expected it to be hit or miss tbh.
