Who cares where they play, the fact remains that they weren't playing for barca, they were playing for Spain and players such as cesc and casillas who played vital rolls in their victory don't play for barca.

OP's argument is flawed. Most have the CHOICE to play for Spain Should they be called up. They can always say thanks but no thanks. Victory for the country they represented i.e Espana
