Can anyone let me know what turning this up or down does under the catalyst control panel? particularly with effect to playing BF2?

It enables driver tweaks for that game when the driver detects that the BF2.exe is loaded into memory.

I have mine set to low, and when playing I can't notice any difference between image quality when from when it is turned off.

Setting it to high will decrease image quality though I think.
