Really not familiar with this program so just after a bit of advice on dual screen.

I have two monitors, my widescreen and a smaller old one; thats VGA. I've stuck on a dvi adapter and the ati card doesn't detect it, does it have to be dvi? I would have thought it didn't matter; I always run all my toolbars on the smaller monitor so am quite keen on getting it working!

Ok nm for some reason swapping the plugs round worked .

One of the DVI connectors is DVI-I so analogue and digital. You can use a VGA adapter with this connector.

The other is DVI-D so digital only. You can't run a VGA monitor from this connector.
