Catalyst for Windows 2003 Server?

Anyone know if there are Catalyst drivers for Windows 2003 Server?

I was looking possibly at a 5570 for a server but was unsure there are up to date drivers for that operating system.

Why that card? I wanted something cheap with good power management (ATI PowerPlay).
