Catastrophe is a British sitcom first broadcast on Monday 19 January 2015[1] on Channel 4. It stars Sharon Horgan as Sharon Morris and Rob Delaney as Rob Norris, who get together after she falls pregnant following a brief affair while he is in the UK on business.[2] Carrie Fisher, Ashley Jensen, and Mark Bonnar play supporting characters in the series.[2]

Anyone watching this? It's dark and then some. Also, amazing!

Why should you watch this? Because it's very, very funny, it talks to things that aren't always shared, and it's pretty bleak yet uplifting, and those are not three easy bedfellows.

If you missed season 1 then get it. it's a little bit lumpy but the highs far outweigh the lows if you can forgive the 'NEED TO CRAM EVERYTHING INTO EPISODE 6' writers block.

I am super excited about season 2.

Wow. Just watched S3 episodes 1 and 2 - really, really good.

There was a pretty good piece on Sharon Horgan in The Guardian earlier this week which might be of interest to those who enjoy this show.
