Thanks vsg28, we got there in the end :D

Now using version 2.0.4.3. - previous version was 2.0.4.0. Will give it another shot tomorrow and hope for better oc on the memory this time.

I've been trying to get mine stable and from what I understand getting 500kHz should help. My clocks so far are 1355/1860 at those volts. Pushing memory more decrease score in all my benchmarks but I see from other submissions such as yours a high memory has scored well. I am missing something?

as pointed out already use latest tool, saying that the last tool(1.5v version) i could also go to 571hz pwm
 
First attempt on this system (all water) in 24/7 state, if only I could afford another GPU.

Can't push 4930K beyond 4.7GHz due to having four 8GB 2133MHz modules, well I think that's what's causing issues.

Any drops in the score if I use reduce RAM SPD to try and increase CPU clocks?
 
Lose the RAM:p this bench loves tight timings...you're more likely to be able to gain a higher score by doing that, than possibly gaining an extra 100mhz or so on the cpu. Also 1.35v for 1250 seems a little high?
 
And the same settings for 720p which places me just below khemist into fifth. Must try harder ;)

Thanks Frosty :) Oh yeah normally I set it to 1.3. For benchmarking I found setting it to 1.35v helps get through some tricky 3dmark benchmarks as that's my safe limit to protect the GPU, temps aren't a worry at 41C under load and VRM is 46C. Will keep it at 1.35v for now. Going to see how much give there is to boost the core at 1880Mhz memory. Usually, I have to reduce memory to 1830MHz to hit 1370MHz core.

1400 should be easy in this bench for a classy

1375/1900 on a reference Ti :p

8gb dimms will hold you back in this bench, but I wouldn't worry too much catzilla isn't taken very seriously :p. it should be though, it's great for showing the differences in tuned systems.


This is at 4.77, so only marginally faster than your cpu. Check the difference in physics score with ram.
