Caught a spy!

I was just about to take a few snapshots for a certain auction site and noticed this little guy spying on me , he obviously knew i had noticed him as his face went red!

p.s. excuse the quality, it was shot through my window

p.p.s anyone know why type of bird it is?

Haha, nicely caught!

I find it almost impossible to catch birds with my camera...My lenses don't focus quickly enough or they are gone by the time I have grabbed my camera!

my lens isnt that good either, it was just lucky i had my 70-300 on, shame that my window got in the way, it totally killed the image quality of the lens

there was another 2 near enough sitting in the same spot later on, i was gonna take another shot but someone slammed their car door and they scarpered

If you want Swallows to sit still for any length of time create a muddy puddle in your garden

Essential for nest repairs.

i wish i had a garden

I have a woodpecker in my backyard though and it sits very still, but thats because its made of plastic!
