Cauldron : 1985 - Platformer/Shooter Remake ( INDIE )

This 1985 retro game was released or ZX spectrum, C64 and CPC and has now been remade for Windows. In this classic you play a witch and have to collect ingredients to finish off the evil pumpkin.

Loved this game when it first came out on C64 still one of the hardest games to complete due to pixel perfect jumping. Cauldron2 is better both are classics. Shame Palace Software went bust these 2 games remade in HD gfx would still sell due to the sense of humour/challenge

Oh nice!!

I remember Cauldron too, at the time it had some of the best graphics for the Speccy and C64.
Yeah Palace Software, what a software house they were. Barbarian and The Sacred Armour Of Antiriad being a couple of my favourites.

Cauldron was hard.

Cauldron 2 was harder!
