I keep hearing about caveman training, I was hoping for input from anyone who does or has done it before.
There's a local place in stoke/newcastle that has classes which last 30 minutes per session, which doesn't sound like a long time, but I imagine it's pretty intensive.
My goals are very broad which is to lose weight, tone up and build that muscle.
Gym is the obvious option but I like the idea of trying something new, any feedback from someone who has done caveman before would be great.
