Hi,
Few months ago I purchased Volvo XC 60. In a first week I reported issue with the car. Car was pulling to one side. They took the car and did tracking. This did not resolve the issue. So, I called again and again after. It has been coming back 4 times and still issue not solved. So I took the car to independent garage and they said it has some kind of minor accident and probably they can’t fix it. I sent photos to Cazoo with all evidence and asked them that I want to return the car as they can’t fix the car.
They do everything to not accept the return. Now they ignore my emails. Has anyone been in similar situation? What should I do ? I have stuck with car which I don’t enjoy driving because of this issue.

Did you purchase outright or on finance?

I had a similar situation in that my MPG was wildly different that stated and also the vehicle didn't have quick release seats.
The dealer did everything they could to have me running about to try and prove/disprove stuff.

I ended up going direct to the finance company, gave them a copy of the whatsapp discussion with the sales chap.

Got my deposit back and I think it was either 5/6 monthly payments but because of all the back and forth I'd had the car well over 6 month.

In short if financed, get onto them

Can do it yourself using sites like vcheck for a fee - though there are 1-2 people on here who seem to have trade access.

Our technicians test drive every used car to check engine performance, steering and brakes

When did you first notice and report the issue?

Can you get your steering wheel adjusted to compensate for the drift?
