Few months ago I purchased Volvo XC 60. In a first week I reported issue with the car. Car was pulling to one side. They took the car and did tracking. This did not resolve the issue. So, I called again and again after. It has been coming back 4 times and still issue not solved. So I took the car to independent garage and they said it has some kind of minor accident and probably they can’t fix it. I sent photos to Cazoo with all evidence and asked them that I want to return the car as they can’t fix the car.
They do everything to not accept the return. Now they ignore my emails. Has anyone been in similar situation? What should I do ? I have stuck with car which I don’t enjoy driving because of this issue.
