Hi All,
Going to give my CBR some love... and do a nice service on him. So, bought a
K&N Chrome Filter, however, what would people recommend on oil? I've read the Haynes manual and was going to go for this fully synthetic 10W40

Then,
spark plug wise, was going to go with these puppies. Are there performance ones that I could get, like platinum or something like I have in my Saab? Worth it, or just stick with these?

Now, question here is air box. I have a standard one, but was looking at going
K&N Air Filter or one of the aftermarket ones. If I do, will it mean tampering with carb setup or will it be a direct replacement or is it even worth going K&N... should I just stick with a bog standard one?

Okey doke cheers fellas.

As for "Eric", hey lay of the dude lol... he's done nothing to hurt you :-)

Nope, not gay hahaha (well hope not as the wife won't be happy rofl), just the fact that to me, this obsession with men calling cars her and bikes her and machinery isn't something I buy into. I judge each piece of machinery on it's own merits

i.e. My Honda Civic Tyre R is a "she" deffo, chunky behind in red... she looks like a whore... My Saab Aero is deffo a man, there's no way on earth a BLACK SAAB 93 AERO is a women... My old Pug was a fella as he sounded like a chain smoker with the carbs. For a car to be a women it needs curves... i.e. a DB9, that's deffo a women. As for bikes... if I'd gotton the SV650, that'd deffo be a bird :-) Hope that's cleared it up...

BTW fellas, was polishing Eric's exhaust earlier and it came up a treat LMFAO

It's weird because instead of just saying your vehicle is either male or female, you're saying it's either man or woman.

I don't see my bike as a woman but she is definitely a her.

Man Eric can't be a boy otherwise I'd be classed as a gay pedo... he has to be a man... I can live with gay but not a pedo lol

Male/Man, Female/Women same difference isn't it?

No...

A man is an adult human male and a woman is an adult human female.

A motorcycle is not an adult human and therefore neither a man or a woman.

By that reckoning then as a bike/car or whatever is a machine and thus neither male or female whether adult or not...

... this raises the question why you are calling machinery by sexes? :p
