cbt training

hi all,
my mother has just had her cbt but failed due to a bad instructor. does anybody know of any good cbt training centres in the somerset area?

why did she fail becasue of a bad instructor?? i blamed my driving instructor for me failing my test untill i failed a second time for the thing.

no facilities, tiny training area(couldn’t get up to 30mph). instructor had a nasty attitude was impatient and kept repeating "you can quit you know" or "give up if you want".
