CCC or Ingame settings?

Does enabling graphical settings in CCC and enabling them again within the game impact performance (Such as AA etc)?

What settings should be disabled in CCC and enabled ingame if possible? I am looking for quality of image using high end cards.

Any advice appreciated

I leave ccc at defaults, turn off aa in game and then configure aa etc in RadeonPro

AA in game is the most efficient, forced driver may give a bigger hit in performance but my also allow you to have AA levels not possible from within the game.
