CCC Pixel format advice

Hello guys whats the best pixel format should I be using with a HDTV? I really dont understand this setting and could do with some advice.
YCbCr seems to give me a blur picture so I set it to RGB full but them I noice my games are really dark and blacks seems crushed, so I set it to REG limited and picture seems washed out? and if I try and set the brightness level my hole screen turns red?

So what settings do you guys use for playing games?

Make sure you enable game mode or the equivalent on your tv. This will remove any post processing and improve picture sharpness and leave colours natural. Until I did this on my Samsung it looked horrible.

Yer done this my TV has an HDMI PC port when a PC is connected it auto disables all processing.
From my finding up to now RGB limited seems to give best picture. I then can adjust brightness in-game settings.

Yes that sounds right, just make sure you are getting 1:1 pixel mapping and there is no scaling going on. Are you a Liverpool fan or is your name shankly?
