Am I right in thinking that if I create a profile while the eyefinity group is active & assign it to a key, then repeat this process for extended monitors, I should be able to switch between them with the assigned hotkeys?

I've done exactly that but can't seem to switch between Eyefinity or Extended profiles by shortcut / key assignment or from within profiles manager.

Any clues?
 
I've only got that to work with 10.8 but i think i know what I did differently:

on the profiles manager screen make sure u click the bullet point that says All Catalyst Control Centre settings and then save and do that for each profile.
 
For me it crashes a lot in eyefinity with crossfire but works flawlessly on single screen with one card, but then 10.7 was worse for me - YMMV. If ur playing games best choice is to try 10.5 and 10.4a and see which is most stable.
