have a 6950 - it seems ever since I have used 12.1 or now the new is it 12.4? ccc I get issues (although I have upgraded from a 5770 also since moving past the 11.9- drivers).
I get gou recovery errors once in awhile also last nite I got a BSOD with a ati error.
So what I am wondering is if I should find a old 11.x something driver and just use that or ... I hear about people just using the driver and not the whole CCC (although with the CCC I can more easily switch to different screens (use tv as monitor once in awhile).
(was going to say my trixx ocing stopped working with the new ccc 12.4 - doesnt list gpu freq at all or mem)
