I've just finished installing my O/S , drivers etc on my new SSD.
I installed cata 14.9.2 initially , tried opening CCC but it will not open. There is no error message.
So I installed 14.9.1 instead and same thing occurs.
During installation of CCC I had a message about "warnings occurred during installation" and a view log. But ofcourse, this was just like reading Chinese.
This happened before and I was told my AMDMatt to uninstall drivers, run ddu in safe mode etc. I ran ddu only and it worked.
However, If I were to uninstall drivers using CCC in control panel , program files. Will this uninstall my Chipset drivers etc for my mobo?
Sorry if my explanation is not clear.
Regards.

I occasionally get the warnings occurred thing. I found that rebooting and reinstalling the drivers straight over the previous installation sorts it out.

Try it and see what happens.

Shall i redownload 14.9.2 from the amd site or just run the setup again from the amd folders on my ssd?
regards.

Im pretty sure all the .net were in the 55 windows updates i had to install.
ill try your suggestions shortly.
just at home with a baby at the moment.
P.S. When i just ran ddu before qnd reinstalled 14.9.1 it worked. This was a while ago from what amdmatt suggested but with this method would i have to reinstall mobo chipset drivers etc?
regards.

try removing all the c++ redistributes as well before you reinstall the drivers.

Shall I uninstall through CCC install manager? But like I said, will I have to reinstall mobo chipset/usb etc if I do that?
And just to mention. The gaming evolved app works fine incase that makes a difference.
Regards.

This is the log warnings I get if it means anything to anyone:-

Edit:- just removing the log.

You didn't need to remove it. Hiding it in spoiler tags would've worked :)

Embarrassing I know....but I couldn't get the spoiler tags to work hehe.
And BTW. I ran the latest DDU (14.5) and booted into safe mode. Then cleaned AMD . Reinstalled 14.9.2 and touch wood. CCC is working fine :).
Hopefully that's done the trick.
Regards.
