CCC wont start

Hi i am having problems with an older relatives computer in that the Amd CCC wont start even if i uninstalll and reinstall the Driver package and this happens with any version (currently on 12.8) everytime i see this computer it is full of spyware etc which i clean out everytime and it seems ok , she has a 4650 1gb ddr2 which i have replaced with a 6670 2gb ddr3 and CCC still wont open

Any ideas ?

Must try this myself on my laptop later on, cheers! Had the same problem but never bothered to try to fix it.
