CC'ing to all contacts in Gmail?

I've just set my mum up with a Gmail account and she wants to email all her contacts with her new address and some news. I can't figure out how to BCC all of them? :confused:

I nearly made a n00b error and had them all selected under 'To' field

EDIT: I think i mean, BCC right?

Add them all to the to field, then cut and paste them into the BCC field?

I ended up adding all contacts to a group, then putting just her own email address in the 'To' field, then typing the groupname in the 'Bcc' field. Nevermind eh!

In my defense i never use Gmail.. although i have an address i pick it up via POP!

Well neither do I - not a fan of webmail, just logged in to see what was causing you the problems, first thing I tried was cut and paste :cool:
