Been using this great program for a while, thought only problem I have is I untick the 'recently unticked URL's' box then run the scan and remove everything. Open up FF goto the drop down menu and its blank

Did you do that for the Firefox tab? The "Recently typed URLs" only applies to IE. Check the tab at top and you'll find the Applications tab has Firefox there.

yer, didnt know that was just for windows. Although in apps, FF I can't see an option to keep your URL's?

When using CC and you have Internet History unticked. I assume that CC doesnt remove all off your FF temporary internet files? Only your IE ones?

That is only for IE yes. Firefox is on the 2nd tab.

Wow, cheers for all the help AGAIN Marc :D

You mean the apps tab?

What I want to be able to do is, keep Internet History unticked so that after ive run CC i still have my address' in the drop down bar. But I also want CC to clear out all my FF temporary internet files at the same time, can you do this?

Yuppity yup.

Internet History for IE or FF or both?

Sounds like you need to take a look at Firefox itself. Goto Tools>Options>Privacy>Private Data>Settings. You can delete the cache and cookies etc but keep the browsing history. You can also set Firefox to do this each time you shut it down.

Ah ok, so I will have to delete all temp FF files using the options in FF it's self.

Is browsing history the address' you type in which are saved in your dropped down menu?

What boxes do you have ticked Marc?

Firefox is my main browser so I try to keep that clean. I use IE7 for dodgy sites etc. ;) Then CCleaner just cleans IE7 temp files up for me.

Same here FF is my main browser. Do you not delete your temp files in FF?
