CCNA - Which is the best way to complete each exam (Self Study/Online) or a month course

I find it hard to study now that I'm working. Really need to get back into it for my CCNP switch exam.
Put together a few more switches for my lab and spent some free time today using them.
If you can, book the test. I always find that helps and makes you study. Using the videos, a bit of additional studying and some labbing - you should be fine to do ICND1! Sometimes the motivation is just hard to get
