Im trying to create this:

I can create the horizontal list which underlines each link when i hover over, but im having trouble making the blue line appear like this pic. Im trying to do it without images. The blue line is a div?

Can it be done?

Hmm yeh that would work. Would there not be a way to have the blue as the background but give it sum kind of border to make it appear like I want?

I would use images, im just wandering if it can be done without.
