Hi guys,
This isn't in the correct forum or site really, but I know there's a broad range of knowledge on this forum, delete this thread if it's unwanted.
At work we've got a CCTV system and one of the monitors has stopped working.
The monitor is CRT and when the power button is pressed in, you can hear the "whine" as well as the power led going on and off, but without any picture.
At the back where you plug in the power cable, the socket is loose so I think this maybe the problem.
At the back there's an output which has a single coaxial cable coming from it, and where the input is, there's a splitter which has two cables in it.
There's another 2 monitors on the system, these are working fine and have only one input.
Myself and the people have work aren't 100% sure what the problem is, and we aren't experienced in CCTV systems.
If anybody could help find a solution it would be greatly appreciated
Cheers,
Oliver
