CCTV options - help please

Looking for some advice about best method/product for a small home security setup

Will need one outdoor camera to cover driveway and car and one indoor camera to cover front door/front of house. Needs day and night coverage and reasonable picture quality

I have a spare synology NAS for storage so am leaning towards something IP camera based rather than a standalone cctv recording system. A plug for powering the outdoor camera is doable but hassly

budget is up to ~£300

any thoughts/recommendations?

There was a good thread in GD a little while ago and the Hickvision cameras looked very impressive. PoE too.
