CD boot from ide-usb convertor

I'm wondering if it's at all possible to use something like this http://www.dynamode.net/details.asp?id=264 to boot from and install windows?

BIOS supports USB boot, just not sure if using this with an unused cd drive thats laying around will work?

Should work, don't you have a internal dvd/cd reader.

although some drives can be picky yes looks good I think it will work too.
