CD Problem.

How do I put a CD files to a USB Stick because I do not own a DVD Drive because it is pointless. I just got a network adapter and I need to instal its drivers to my PC without internet but how? I only have a usb.

I downloaded it and put it on my pc but when I open the drivers folder and open Win7 64 it shows 3 files and when I press them noting happens
