CD4 multiplayer problems

This happens when the server switches between maps, i know this was a known problem but the patches say that it fixes the problem, and i have all updated patches... any ideas?

yeh i cant join the map ambush either, just crashes... also the error can happen, when i am not currently playing, but joining a server...

basically i get a bleep, and a message in the taskbar sayign error.. now i can right click on that and press close, and cd4 closes immediately, which is nice, but if i dont , then it just locks down, and i have to restart the pc
