CDRW/DVDRW Problems

Running Windows xp pro - Dell Optiplex GX60.

When trying to place items on CD/DVD using the DVDRW driver I get an error saying: Windows encountered a problem when trying to copy this file. What do you want to do?

Anyone any ideas what would cause this? Drive reads fine.

Have you tried searching for an updated cdrw driver or even tried other writing software?

use a program like infra recorder to burn the files to the discs
