Not really. Windows costs a lot more than cedega does so it depends on what you already "own" (or what you're willing to spend/install/reinstall/whatever)
Cedega has been awful lately (from what I have heard). Id use wine or crossover if you want something with commercial support (they make up the majority of wine developers and release their development for free).
It's not that UT3 support sucks per se... the game runs very quickly and smoothly, but is affected by the mouse warp bug* and the mouse has a habit of leaving the screen which makes the game unplayable.
* as are quite a lot of applications/games - bug 6971 has been around for years and no-one on the wine team seems to be able to fix it without hacks
