Ceiling Extractor Fan Replacement

Would it be an easy job to replace a ceiling extractor fan for a novice?

The current fan is 15 months old and will hopefully find a like for like Vent-Axia fan. So would I be right in assuming with the unit being the same size, screws etc will more than likely be the same?

Or should I just call the professionals in

If you have one installed already and are swapping like for like, it should be similar to installing a light fitting I imagine.

Like for like is really easy if it is a different make/model you may get caught out with screw placements and cable length!

Manged to find a like for like replacement and swapped them out, really was like changing a light
