Yes, I am actually that bored. I'm sitting in a hospital waiting room and can't think of anything else to do so let's see who's met who (if you can think of anything more exciting to do please share it, and no, masturbating in a hospital is frowned upon and I could miss my call).

Katie Price
Dustin Hoffman
Emma Thompson (her and Hoffman were filming Last Chance Harvey outside my then work, the BFI)
Clarkson (his legal firm's offices were across the road from one of the sites I looked after, it was in the middle of his slopes debacle)
Tom Cruise (filming the Mummy very recently)
Natalie Portman (she was on a tube with very different makeup to what we see, obviously trying to go incognito. When she saw I clocked her she gave me a cheeky wink as if to say "don't blow my cover". I'll say this: a cheeky wink from her very nearly made the little soldier stand to attention)
Steve Coogan on oxford street
James May in Mayfair (driving a Bentley)

I'm sure I've seen millions more but these are the ones I recognised.

Been done a few times but I will play.

Not entirely a celeb, but I grew up with the David Beckham lookalike from the channel 4 program/chippendoubles :) He was Beckham in 'bend it like beckham' so i guess it kinda counts lol

Not exactly celebs as such, but I was sat next to Matt Le Tissier on a flight to the US once, and only a month ago sat next to John Terry on a flight back from Faro in Portugal.

Katie Price

I sat back to back with Katie Price in a pub once for a couple of hours and had no idea it was her (had her hair dyed dark which is partly why) until I saw it in the papers the next day (she was doing some book signing in the area that day) - did wonder why she was getting a lot of attention from the bar staff and some came out of the kitchen to talk to her but assumed was just a regular they all knew.

Saw Sadiq Khan at the NFL once, commented to my other half that he looked very much like Sadiq Khan and then an hour later he was wandering out onto the pitch :p

Cheeky Girls in Halfords
The Situation from Jersey Shore
Most of Geordie Shore cast
Most of the main cast of Hollyoaks
Some of the Made in Chelsea cast
Gary Cahill and Kyle Walker
Chuckle Brothers
Phil and Robbie from Eastenders

Most of them were in clubs.

Saw James Nessbit crossing the road in Manchester not 3 weeks ago. Walked past him, stopped, thought for a moment and decided to turn round and shake his hand. Had a bit of a chat about 'Jekyll'. Really nice dude.

Met Johnny Wilkinson too. My mom stepped in front of him with a sheet of paper to sign and I had to apologise. Such a humble, decent guy.

The most ridiculous club 'celebrity' I have seen is when a friend got a photo with the Wealdstone Raider.

Liz Hurley - I worked in Waitrose whist at college and she used to shop there

Prince William and Prince Harry - I was at a friends birthday meal in a pub just outside Tetbury when the Princes came in with some friends. My girlfriend at the time then decided to be the most embarrassing person in the world by pointing at them saying "look Dave, it's Prince William and Harry, look!!!" They both looked over at us with her pointing, arm fully extended and everything, pointing right at Prince William's face :(

Z list celeb.

Samantha Janus/Womack during her 'Game on' days.

I was studying at the University of Southampton at the time and she was put some coins into the union's coke machine to not have any luck with it dispensing a drink.

Didnt know it was her at time, but I went along to help. Managed to retrieve it for her and off she went.

About 7 years ago I was on my lunch break in London Bridge and walked past someone with their hoody down and being an Arsenal fan I instantly knew it was Freddie Ljungberg and just said "Freddy", he looked at me, realized I wasn't someone he knew, I said I was an Arsenal Fan we shook hands and he disappeared.

I've also seen Thomas Vermaelen driving around my area as well as George Graham one morning in his car.

Oh and walked in to Tony Adams when I was at Brunel University.

Saw Benny Hill in Bham city centre a while back...looked proper dapper he did.

Met David Seaman in a London hotel lift, I was seriously hungover so we just exchanged a low key nod.

Got manhandled by Gail Porter's minder/assistant in Uxbridge town center one morning, didn't even notice her and nearly walked past where she was filming something.

Also met some darts guy called "The Iceman" or similar, as he introduced himself. I just said "ok" and there was an awkward silence :D

I've met:

Princess Diana
Jack straw
Tony Blair
Vlad Putin
Malcolm Rifkind
George Carey
Pat Murray (Mickey Pearce in OFAH)
Mark Strong

I've seen:

The Queen and Prince Philip
Alison Steadman
Tom Watt
Gillian Taylforth
Adam Woodyatt
Wendy Richards
Margaret thatcher
John Thaw and the bloke who played Lewis in Morse.
Jack Ryder and Kim Marsh when they were together
Meat Loaf
Neil Diamond
The Undertaker (that is one big bloke!)
And hundreds of top footballers at matches but they don't really count
