A celebrity couple who had a threesome took out an injunction banning the naming of them in England and Wales.

This week a US publication printed their names, today a Scottish publication has follows suit.

A quick search will reveal who they are yet publication of their names in England and Wales risks you a prison sentence.

The Scottish publication that printed the story, you guessed it, you can't publish the name of it.

This isn't new but it highlights how out of touch the judiciary is with regards to some cases.

Personally i think it shows that the press has lost its way more than the judiciary.

the constant invasion of peoples private lives because they're "celebrities" is disgracefull.

Celebrities court the media to progress their careers, then the media bites them in the backside.

live by the media, die by the media.

so you forfeit the right to your private life when you're contractually obliged by your job to give interviews and attend events?

Celebrities use the media to promote their latest book, song, album, tv show, film, tour etc. Headlines and column inches make them money, they openly sell their lives e.g. wedding photos in OK magazine etc, they know the risks and play the media game.

I stand by comment, if you are in the public eye then you know you will be under increased scrutiny. Sadly people don't realise this, judging by the weekly 'scandals' in the British media.
