Seriously, laptop cooling is designed to be "good enough", the mobile i5 in my Precision M6600 is currently hitting low 50's while just browsing this forum and that's hotter than my water cooled i7 desktop get after 12 hours of gaming. Laptops generally run hot, increasing the heat is never a good idea.
