Celeron or AMD E1 on a budget?

Much difference in these at the budget end of the laptop field?
One is a Celeron N2815
The other has an AMD E1-2100

No idea how they compare, just been asked about them!

The N2815 "should" outperform the AMD in day to day tasks.
