Cellshock?

Hi im getting the E6600 and looking for some nice RAM, the Cellshock Memory looks quite nice

But i haven't really dealt with Cellshock products in the past so not to sure what they are known for, could someone please clear this up for me?

Yes i have been looking at this stuff but when i done my spec check some of the guys here said change the stuff to 6400

Part of the reason why im not very keen on going for the anniversary stiff is the 5300 rating, i know i can overclock it easily to 1000mhz +.

But im thinking in the sense that it will take more to overclock the crucial stuff so in theory generating slightly more heat but if i was to go with 6400 RAM it would only need one nice overclock and it will be at 1000mhz in no time
