Cellular tablet

Evening, can anyone recommend me a tablet with cellular connection, (my mother in law has no internet) reasonably priced, that means not an iPad, any size screen, thanks

I think ipad mini might by best. We got one for my Nan, because its pretty simple to use. Android confuses her.

microsoft just released the new surface with 4g card built in. its the atom processor, rather than the i5.

Sony Xperia Tablet Z has a model with 3G/LTE(4G), I'm assuming the Z2 tablet does as well.

On the Windows 8 (actual Windows non-RT) tablets you could also use a 3G dongle via a USB OTG cable I suspect - never actually tried it but in theory should work.
