Just bought Mrs Kevpuk an iPhone 5s (kind of a Valentine's pressie....) and will need to get her current SIM swapped to a nano - can we do this in-store of the SIM network provider, or do we need to get one sent out?

Yep shouldn't be a problem they may want to charge you a couple of quid though but this depends on the network and the store, they'll just give you a nano sim and swap the sim tied to the account there and then.

Good stuff, thanks - network is 3 (One Plan Sim-only)

Yep or invest in a sim cutter or cut with scissors.

Hhhmm, perhaps from normal SIM to micro, but not sure my co-ordination is up to micro to nano!

Look online for templates, the cut doesn't need to be quite as precise as you might think. It is very easy to do. I strongly suggest you don't use a cutter for nano SIMs, makes for extremely dodgy cuts overall.

I used mu nano cutter just today and it came out perfect.

And that was going from a micro to a nano with the use of the old mini cutout.
