Ok so i have decided to move my website to my VPS, which will happen in about 2 weeks, (i say 2 weeks because i want to get this sorted first) currently im with TSO host and setting the MX record in cpanel is a piece of cake. Although ive been playing with Centos for months now i still cant find a guide or anyhting to help me use Exchange with Centos, all in all i would like a step by step guide on what to do to get Exchange working with my LAMP install, currently the server has basic LAMP installed i.e no -devel packages installed. What do i need to do now is my big question, is there a way to make it simple?

Many Thanks

na i mean CentOS as the webserver, then mail handled by exchange server in the office, currently migrating our website from shared hosting to a VPS and with the shared hosting it was as simple as adding the exchange server public I.P to MX Entry, but with a fresh install of centos after setting up LAMP im stuck and I cannot afford to purchase cpanel atm

@16-bit thats what ive done already but im moving my webhosting away from them, so wont have access to cpanel anymore. My domain will stay but my webhsoting will move.

na i understand what u were saying, just spoke to TSOhost and they onfirmed for me that once i get rid of webhosting i can only control name servers, meaning ill have to set up DNS on my centos box to control MX entry, anyone able to help with that then~?

thanks but i cant see how to transfer, is anyone able to let me know of any domain registrars that will allow me to set my own MX records etc.. for a domain, is there anything specific i need to do with my centos box to make it work aswell?
