looking at buying a house and want to know how much extra i need to knock off the asking price.

depends if your installing it yourself or paying a man to do it. If you paying for someone else than for a reasonable sized house I'd say you looking at about £3500 doing it yourself could save you a couple of K.

i spent around 3800 6 rads and boiler combo top spec with infra red thermostat control unit so you can walk around the house with it of you so wish inc labour

Assuming you want the boilers, rads, new piping and labour ~£4.5k if you want a megaflo system but probably around £2.5k for with a combi system.

Just rough figures though, much of the pricing depends on what kind of material you want. A boiler could cost £400 or £1500 depending on what you want. If you want a better estimate pop down to your local plumbers merchant and ask there.

Well the new boiler would be approx £2.5-3k and then you are looking at rads say £100 each and then labour to fit.

It's usually about 4k to my knowledge in most properties.

Say what?

make sure you get a good boiler.

Virtually all modern Combi boilers are rubish built to a price and designed to last a max of ten years, the electronics is garbage and the quality of other components not much better. Bosch or Ravenheat it really doesn't make much difference.
